RepairTime sponsors a Cash Rewards Program for homeowners that are Registered Members of the RepairTime website. The Cash Rewards Program is designed to provide a cash incentive for homeowners to -

1. Become Registered Members of the RepairTime home repair and improvement referral network;
2. Encourage their friends, family and neighbors to become Registered Members by inviting them to join the RepairTime network;
3. Encourage them to invite home repair and improvement service providers they have used in the past to become service providers for the RepairTime network;
4. Encourage Registered Members to submit their requests for home repair and improvement services through the RepairTime network; and to
5. Encourage Registered Members to provide ratings and reviews about the service experience they received regarding their service requests.

The RepairTime Cash Rewards Program works under a Rewards Point system. In other words, the more active you are in using the network the more points you earn. The size of the Cash Rewards Pool increases every time a Registered Member submits a Service Request through our website. At the end of each year, we take the cash that has accumulated in the Pool and distribute it out to our eligible Registered Members, based on the accumulated points earned by each eligible Registered Member for that year.

You begin to earn points immediately upon becoming a registered user at the RepairTime website. You can earn points a number of different ways, such as when you:

In addition, you can earn Bonus Points and Super Bonus Points if you are an active user of the RepairTime network.

Bonus Points are earned if you invite at least 5 new members to join the network, or at least 5 new service providers to join the network, or if you submit at least 5 service requests through the network during the year. Bonus Points are “double” the normal Rewards Points. In each, or all, of these categories you will then earn the following points when you:

If you have a total of 5 in each of these three categories for the year, you will earn Super Bonus Points - an additional 10,000 points!

Because the cash you earn under the Cash Rewards Program is based on the number of points you accumulated during the year, you want to earn as many points as you possibly can. Bonus Points and Super Bonus Points are intended to reward those Registered Members who are actively engaged in growing the size of the RepairTime network.

We automatically convert your Rewards Points to cash at the end of each year and send you a check.

The amount of your Rewards Check will depend on the cumulative total of all activity, by all Registered Members, conducted through our network for the year. The more active all of our Registered Members are and the more active you are, the greater the Rewards Checks will be.

We do that for you. Once you are logged in as a Registered Member, we graphically show your accumulated points on your home page.

The amount of your Rewards Check for any given year is based upon the number of Rewards Points you have accumulated for that year as compared against the total Rewards Points earned by all eligible Registered Members. The percentage your total Rewards Points to the total of Rewards Points earned by all eligible Registered Members represents the portion of the Cash Rewards Pool you will receive.

In order to be eligible to receive a Rewards Check for the year you first become a Registered Member, you must be -

1. A Registered Member of the RepairTime network as of December 31st;
2. At least 21 years of age as of December 31st; and you must have
3. Submitted a minimum of 3 New Member Invitations resulting in Member Registration, and
4. Submitted a minimum of 3 New Service Provider Invitations resulting in Service Provider Registration, and
5. Submitted a minimum of 3 Service Requests

For each year thereafter, you must be -

1. A Registered Member of the RepairTime network as of December 31st;
2. Submitted a minimum of 3 New Member Invitations resulting in Member Registration, and
3. Submitted a minimum of 3 Service Requests

Cash Rewards check will be sent to our eligible Registered Members after the end of each calendar year, on or before February 15^th.
