CASH REWARDS - Rules for Eligibility

RepairTime offers a Cash Rewards Program to its Registered Members as an incentive to participate in and to use the RepairTime online home repair and improvement referral platform.

Rules for Eligible Participation -

1. You must be a Registered Member of the RepairTime network.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the Cash Rewards Program as of the last day of the Measurement Period.
3. You must complete a minimum of each of the following during the Measurement Period -

   For the Initial Membership Period, the Registered Member must -

   1. Submit a minimum of 3 New Member Invitations resulting in at least 3 invitees becoming a Registered Member.
   2. Submit a minimum of 3 New Service Provider Invitations resulting in at least 3 invitees becoming a Registered Provider.
   3. Submit a minimum of 3 Service Requests resulting in a minimum of at least 3 Service Request Ratings and Reviews.

   For the Subsequent Membership Periods, the Registered Member must -

   4. Submit a minimum of 3 New Member Invitations resulting in at least 3 invitees becoming a Registered Member.
   5. Submit a minimum of 3 Service Requests resulting in a minimum of at least 3 Service Request Ratings and Reviews.
4. The minimum requirements under (3) above will be counted toward credit for the minimum requirements under the Bonus and Super Bonus Point Systems.
5. Failure to meet the minimum requirements under (3) above during the current Measurement Period will not prohibit eligibility in future Measurement Periods, provided the member meets the minimum requirements during the future Measurement Period.
6. Rewards Points are portable, but not transferable, which means if a Registered Member relocates and remains a Registered Member in the network, in a new location, the Reward Points are maintained. Reward Points cannot be transferred to another Registered Member.
7. Officers, directors, shareholders and employees of RepairTime, or any of its affiliates, are not eligible to participate in the Cash Rewards Program.
8. Definitions -
   1. "Bonus Point System" shall have the same meaning as defined in RepairTime's Terms and Conditions.
   2. "Initial Membership Period" means from that day which you become a Registered Member through December 31st of that same year.
   3. "Measurement Period" means a calendar year beginning January 1st and ending December 31^st.
   4. "New Member Invitation" means the Registered Member has completed the Invite Homeowner page at the RepairTime website.
   5. "New Service Provider Invitation" means the Registered Member has completed the Invite Service Provider page at the RepairTime website.
   6. "Program" means the RepairTime Cash Rewards Program.
   7. "Registered Member" means completing the Homeowner Signup page at the RepairTime website and having an active Username and password to gain access to the RepairTime referral platform.
   8. "Registered Provider" means a service provider who has completed the Service Provider Signup page at the RepairTime website and has obtained an active Username and password to gain access to the RepairTime referral platform.
   9. "Reward Points" shall have the same meaning as defined in RepairTime's Terms and Conditions.
   10. "Service Request" means the Registered Member has completed the New Request pages at the RepairTime website and has received a Request Confirmation.
   11. "Service Request Rating and Review" means the Registered Member has completed the Rating and Review page at the RepairTime website in connection with a previously submitted Service Request.
   12. "Super Bonus Point System" shall have the same meaning as defined in RepairTime's Terms and Conditions.
   13. "Subsequent Membership Period" means each calendar year following the Initial Membership Period.
